About Omnibus Designs

Omnibus Designs is a small firm located in Turners Falls MA. We work throughout New England helping clients design a wide variety of residential construction projects.

We specialize in cost effective designs for building additions, remodeling projects and new house plans. We also produce plans for garages, barns, outbuildings etc.

Since 2001 we have successfully designed over a hundred construction projects in Massachusetts from small additions to new three bedroom lake front homes.

1. Send us all the information you have on your project; sketches, photographs, pictures from magazines, articles, etc.
2. Schedule a meeting to review the project, examine the building if remodeling is involved, or look at the site if it is new construction. This meeting is designed for you to ask questions, exchange ideas, look at plans, sketch details, and show us everything you have in mind for your project.
3. Create the first set of designs which are immediately sent to you for your review and input. The designs, sent either by email or fax, can then be marked up with any changes you would like to see.
4. Generate construction documents to satisfy the building code and contractors. Your home is a very personal space and the layout and features in it should reflect that. Our building experience, knowledge of new and traditional materials, and planning expertise, will guide you toward realizing your goals.
