Garage/Studio Addition

My client purchased an unusual home on a spectacular site with views across the pioneer valley.

We worked through a variety of design ideas before the final version broke ground. The owner wanted to take advantage of the views and create an entry and office area for his business that was separate from the main living area.

The three car garage has spacious attic storage above.

The combined addition and extensive remodeling of the existing house created two cozy studio apartments
